Time for another fun challenge at Penny's

It's time for another fab challenge at Penny's Challenges.

Our sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps

Here is my card

I layered some papers and added a ribbon to the side. To make it wavy I used a sticky strip and glued down every other fold. The image was coloured with my copics and glitter was added to the two end flowers. I also added pearls to finish it off.

I do hope you will join in this anything goes challenge. It runs for one week. Hop on over to the blog to see the DT's  creations and who the other sponsor is! See you next week.

It's a new year and a new challenge!

It's time to pick up my copics again and create for the new Melonheadz Friends challenge!

Here is my card for the 'include a snowflake' challenge

Despite being in Canada, we don't have much snow here. It's kinda weird not having to dig out the car first thing in the morning. Lol

These digis are from a while back but make a super cute, easy card. I layered some papers and popped the elves up with dimensionals.  I added twine and a snowflake to finish off the card.

The challenge runs for two weeks. As a reminder if you use a Melonheadz digi the theme is anything goes. I can't wait to see what you create :)

Laura

Where have I been?

Well it seems like forever since I have posted-my last post didn't publish. I think I was in too much of a hurry and messed something up.

Anywho, I am back and everyone is okay now. Without sharing to much personal info just know it's been an extremely hard week and my little guy is going to be okay :)

SO...my first card this week is for Penny's challenges! It's the last week until the new year so go get your crafty on and join us!

Our sponsor is the fabulous

Here is a card I made using some left over scraps and a charm I've had for about 7 years (eek!)

I coloured her up with my copics then added glitter all over her dress (didn't photograph to well) The rub on is from an old Stampin' Up sheet I had.

You have until Jan 6th to enter and with a theme of anything goes. I'm looking forward to taking the time to check out your creations.

Thank you so much for stopping by. I appreciate all the emails and messages while I was m.i.a.
Merry Christmas to you and your families

Crafty hugs,
Laura

It's Penny's Challenge time

Head on over to Penny's challenge for a colour challenge.

One of our sponsors for this challenge is

Here is the card I made

I used a pink as my base colour ( favourite colour) to create my card by starting with her hair. Her boots and twine also tie in with my colour choice.

I made this card for a 10 year old who just got her black belt-amazing!!

After I coloured her I cut her out and added a sentiment from my computer.

The challenge runs for one week and you'll have to pop over to check out the other DT's designs-they are awesome!
While your there, check out our other fab sponsor StampArt Design

See you next week!

It's challenge time at Penny's

It's time for another 'anything goes' challenge at Penny's challenge. One of our sponsors is

You can check out her store here

Here is what I made

Another fairly simple card, using some very old Stampin' Up papers. I cut out the snowman ( and lost the cute little bird in the process-eek!)  I mounted that on a scallop punch and used my copics to colour the heart and outline the snowman. Twine and a computer generated sentiment finish off the card.

Penny's challenge runs for one week. Pop over to the blog to see the other DT cards and find our who our second sponsor is.
I'll be checking out your creations, can't wait!

It's challenge time!

It's another fab challenge at Melonheadz Friends today, you can check out all the details and great DT inspiration here

The theme is pumpkins and I used the 4 Seasons Lucy  Doris found in the Melonheadz Etsy store. There are so many cute digis in this set of 12 (for $7.00!!!)

The image came pre-coloured so I cut around her and popped her up on a Halloween tag. If you've been to my blog recently you will have seen a bunch of projects I have used with these tags. I added some gems to the flowers as well as the scallop polka dot strip and set all that on the background papers.

Thanks for popping by, the challenge runs for 2 weeks and I'll be by to check out what you have made.
Have a super day :)

Penny's challenge begins today

Today begins another challenge at Penny's Challenges. The theme is 'anything goes' and the sponsor is

Here is the card I made using 'Cindi Bunns'

Isn't she cute? All my craft stuff is still packed away so the embellishments are pretty basic, but I think it still turned out cute :)

The challenge runs for one week and the winner gets 3 digi images from the Lacy Sunshine Store.
See you next time!
