Head on over for another great challenge at the Melonheadz Friends blog.
The challenge this round is '2 or more dies'
I just love being on the Melonheadz DT, the gals are great and Nikki's images are fab. Speaking of fab, did you visit Nikki's personal blog for her birthday week? Let's just say if you need some images to play along-check there ;)
Here is my card for the challenge
The image was already coloured so this card came together pretty easily. I used my large and small star punches for the stars. I also used my square one to make the white/black part a banner. Then I covered it up-lol. I used my alphabet big shot die to cut out the 'u' letters.
The challenge runs for 2 weeks and I look forward to seeing your creations :)
Thanks for stopping by

This is my first time working with the All Dressed Up digis, they are super cute with lots of detail. Here is what I made
There is actually 3 gals in this set, but one sadly didn't make the cut-lol. I coloured it up with my copic markers and added lace, flowers and a button. The button seems super bright here, but the colour is more like the background paper. Weird!
I do hope you'll join us in the challenge-get all the details here

The theme is Christmas and/or Children and one of the sponsors is Crafty Sentiments
The theme is Christmas and/or Children and one of the sponsors is Crafty Sentiments
These images are just adorable and I had so much fun making this card, check it out
I used my copics to colour her up (R81, R83, R85 pinks, BV20, BV 23, BV25, grey/purple)
I punched out a snow flake and added glitter-many times since the button kept making it fall over-lol.
The sentiment is a SU stamp
Thanks a bunch for stopping by. The challenge runs for one week. Check out the blog to see the fab DT creations and who the other sponsor is :)

Yeah, I stink....
So in my crazy, busy, kid filled days, I have totally forgotten to set up my post for the Clear it out challenge blog. Eek! I guess I can get away with it a bit, since I run it...right?
Anywho, over on the blog there are 2 fab sponsors. One is a new one called ZapPow Designs. The images are super cute with thick lines, easy for colouring and cutting.
Here is what I made
Super cute right?
The challenge ends tonight (told you I'm super late) but I hope you'll find a few moments to play
Thanks for popping by :)

Lacy Sunshine Back to School
It's time for another fab challenge at the Lacy Sunshine blog. The theme is back to school.
I always love to tuck little notes into my kids lunch bags. Last year my oldest told me it was embarrassing, (sigh) I'm not ready for him to grow up yet :(
Anywho, I'm not sure if this will be for my daughter or her teacher but I like how the background papers came together.
This image was coloured and cut for another project I didn't end up making, but I like how it works on the angle. She was coloured up with my copic markers and the sentiment I printed on my computer.
I'd like to enter this into:

It's all about Christmas, Children or Critters at Penny's challenge this week
One of the sponsors is
I used this hilarious chicken from their collection
The sentiment comes with 'fried chicken' , the one here I printed in word. I coloured it up with my copic markers and used up some scraps on my desk.
The challenge runs for one week. Go check out the blog to see the other amazing cards by the DT, and also see who our other sponsor is :)
Have a great week!

Digi Sketch Challenge time!
It's time for another fab theme and sketch challenge at the Digi Sketch Blog
I decided to use the theme 'summer fun' for my card.
The sponsor is Scribbles Designs and the hedgehog image I used is from them.
Here is what I made
I used up some papers I had hanging around on my desk. I coloured hedgie with my copic markers and added a sentiment I had on my desk as well. To finish it off I added gems and a ribbon for a pop of colour.
The challenge runs for 2 weeks. If you pop over to the blog you can see what my DTeamies have created and check out the sketch too.

Come join us at Melonheadz Friends!
We're gearing up for 'back to school' in this week's challenge at Melonheadz Friends.
Well, the stores are already a head of us on that one! It was mid July and I already saw the shelves starting to fill-crazy!
For my card this week I used the digi set 'We Love Frogs'
Here is what I made
This little dude came pre-coloured so I grabbed some scraps from my pile and faux stitched them together. I added a pendant (from scraps) and a white button. To make this a fun card I printed off a sentiment I made in word.
I think this will be perfect in my son's lunch box on day one. Do you do that? I love leaving little surprises for my kids. I'm not Martha Stewart or anything but I do like sending notes to make them smile :)
The challenge runs for 2 weeks, you can check out the blog for more details
Thanks for stopping in :)

It's challenge time at Penny's
It's an 'anything goes' challenge at Penny's challenges. The DT gals have created some fun cards for you using the digs from the sponsor
Here is the card I made using Hangover Hannah
Okay before you see my card I have a confession. I had no idea this was a hangover digi, I thought it was a lady feeling ill. Lol.
Here is my card
Now do you see why I had to tell you that? I'm sure hoping most people don't have a hangover while on summer break with their kids. Although, I have seen some kids that I'm sure drive their parents to drink-lol
I coloured her up with my copics and added the sentiment ( I made on the computer). A quick card, sure to get some laughs.
Penny's challenge runs for one week. I am away the first part of the week but will check out your blogs before the next challenge starts :)
See you next time, thanks for stopping by

It's challenge time at Penny's
Hello :)
Welcome to my crafty space! There is a challenge at Penny's challenge that starts today. It's an Anything Goes challenge-one of my favourites.
I chose to use the Owl-ways Yours image from StampArt by Kathryne. You can pick her up for $1.00!!
Here is what I made for you today
I started by colouring her up with my copic markers R81, R83, R85. I then opened up a jar of flowers and layered them, finishing them off with a pearl. Twine, scrap paper, a black marker (for dashes) and a sentiment from my computer stash complete this card. Simple but pretty I think :)
Penny's challenge runs for one week. I am looking forward to seeing your creations, I often sit at my computer ooing and ahing over them!
Until next time...

Come join us at Melonheadz Friends!
It's challenge time at Melonheadz Friends.
The theme is flowers and when I saw Nikki's new release FairyLand Combo Pack I HAD to have it. One of the cutest digi sets ever!
I am remaking my daughter's bedroom and thought I'd make her a sign for her wall
This set came coloured so it was super easy to create.
The grass was layered in word and the fairy was added on top. I printed the fairy 2x's then cut out her head. It is propped up with dimensionals. Of course every fairy needs sparkle so her wings and shoes were 'Stickled'. The wording I made in photoshop and I added gems to the tall flower. I also added some yellow shading on the flower to tie in the other flowers. I completed it by adding flowers to the grass.
The challenge runs for 2 weeks, check out the blog for more details :)
Digi Sketch Challenge
Hello fellow bloggers! I am gearing up for a big camp experience this week and won't be around tons. I am planning a week full of toddler fun while my children go to camp-should be super fun and totally exhausting!
I wanted to let you know that the Digi Sketch challenge is up and running today.
The theme is 'Fairies' and I was excited to use the digi 'Butterfly love' from Stitchy Stamps found here:
Here is my card
I really loved the background paper and thought it would compliment the digi perfectly. I sparkled her wings after I coloured her with copic markers. I printed a sentiment off the computer to finish it off.
I do hope you'll join in and play along. There is a sketch you can check out on the blog too for inspiration.
See you next time :)
